We start with how Claude actually works — not theory, but the mental models that make you 10× faster. Then we apply it directly to your team's work: drafting, summarizing, researching, deciding. Everyone leaves the morning session with a set of prompts they'll use every day.
Afternoon
Claude Code — build something real
Claude Code lets you automate work without writing code yourself — it writes the code, runs it, and fixes its own mistakes. In the afternoon, each participant picks a task that currently takes them hours and automates it. A dashboard. A report. A data pipeline. A client-facing tool. By the end of the session, it works.

Everyone demos what they built. We review what worked, what to improve, and map out the next automations each person should tackle. You leave with a roadmap, not just a day of learning.

Does my team need to know how to code? +
No. Claude Code writes the code for you — your job is to tell it what to build. If you can describe a task, you can automate it. We've run this with lawyers, operations managers, account executives, and analysts with zero coding background.
What exactly is Claude Code? +
Claude Code is an AI agent that runs on your computer. Unlike a chatbot that gives you answers in a chat window, Claude Code can actually do work: write and run programs, connect to APIs, read and write files, and loop for hours on complex tasks. It's the difference between asking someone how to do something and having them do it.
How many people can attend? +
Up to 20 per session. Smaller groups (8–12) tend to get more done. If you have a larger team, we can run back-to-back sessions or talk through what makes sense.
